LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Pop culture enthusiasts are encouraged to mark their calendars for Aug. 23-25, 2024, when PopCon Louisville returns to the Kentucky International Convention Center.
After a successful inaugural event, organizers said this year's event will feature several unique experiences for attendees, including special guests, panel discussions and interactive displays and exhibitions.
"We are excited to bring PopCon Louisville back for its second year," said Kris Keys, co-founder of PopCon. "We have listened to our attendees' feedback and planned an even more immersive and captivating event. Our goal is to provide fans with more reasons to attend, with a focus on creating engaging experiences and fostering a sense of community."
Organizers said the convention will feature an enhanced show floor experience, including the return of popular trading cards. It aims to unite fans of several genres, such as movies, TV shows, comics and gaming.
Being in the heart of downtown Louisville, the Kentucky International Convention Center is an ideal location for the event, organizers added.
More information about the convention, including guests, ticket information and the full schedule of events as it becomes available, can be found on its website. Those interested in attending can also check out PopCon Indy, happening April 26-28 in Indianapolis, organizers said.
