LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Lynn Family Stadium is ready to rock. The soccer stadium will host Stadium Rock 80s — a new festival combining 1980s rock music and pop culture — on Aug. 3, 2024.
Organizers said iconic 80s bands Great White, Slaughter, Aldo Nova, Vixen, Enuff Z-Nuff, Pretty Boy Floyd and Nova Rex will all perform at the one-day event.
To get in the spirit of the festival, Lynn Family Stadium’s Fan Zone will be transformed into an 80s flashback pop experience, complete with a vendor village, photo ops, movie props, cars and memorabilia. The experience will also feature a DeLorean Time Machine, a Ghostbusters display, giants Rubik’s Cubes, an 80s dance party and more.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Feb. 19 at the festival’s website or the Lynn Family Stadium box office. Packages include the Mega VIP Experience, with seats right on the field, or a Premium Lawn Party Zone option, giving patrons space to sprawl out and enjoy a true festival experience.
