After a cold weekend across southeastern Wisconsin, temperatures will gradually be warming up this week. Expect some areas of frost Monday morning with temperatures in the teens and 20s before climbing into the low 30s in the afternoon.
Most of the area will see a good amount of sunshine through Tuesday before an approaching storm system brings more clouds Tuesday night. This low pressure system will bring a chance of rain and snow along with it. The type of precipitation we see will depend on the arrival of the precipitation and the exact track that the storm takes. At this point, it looks like rain and snow showers will move in later in the day Wednesday and eventually transition to snow showers Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
Some clouds will linger behind the system with a flurry or passing snow shower possible on Friday and highs staying in the mid and upper 30s this weekend.
