LOUISVILLE, Ky. — For 17 years it's been an annual summer tradition in Louisville, and the Forecastle Festival is back for year 18.
Headlining the award-winning festival will be 2020 Grammy award winners and Kentucky natives, Cage the Elephant, Jack Johson, and pop rockers The 1975. Those three wil be joined by Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Jack Harlow, Grace Potter, Third Eye Blind and Umphrey's McGee and many more.
For the first time, Forecastle is offering a limited number of 3-day General Admission student tickets for only $135. There are a number of plans including a layaway option. You can learn more about the tickets at the Forecastle website. In addition to the General Admission tickets, fans can get a VIP 3-day pass as well. This includes access to a misting lounge with private bar, a specialty cocktail bar, a VIP craft bar, daily happy hours with Bourbon & Biscuits featuring complimentary tapas and cooking demonstrations, and a VIP festival merchandise pop-up store.Forecastle started as a small community event in 2002 by Louisvillian JK McKnight, it has grown into one of the country's top music festivals. It was nominated as Pollstar's Music Festival of the Year in 2019.
