MILWAUKEE — For Wisconsinites who love "A Christmas Story," we triple dog dare ya to check your calendars.

Peter Billingsley, who played Ralphie in the 1983 film, is heading to Milwaukee this holiday season to host a special screening of the classic holiday film.

The Pabst Theater will play “A Christmas Story” on the silver screen, followed by a moderated conversation with Billingsley.

Doors open for the event on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 6 p.m. The show begins at 7 p.m.

But patrons may want to arrive early. Before the movie plays, there will be a pre-show meet and greet. After the movie, there will be a Q&A session with Billingsley, who plans to share behind-the-scenes photos, memories from the movie and other stories from the set. Fans are welcome to ask questions.

The event includes a Toys for Tots fundraiser. Plus, one attendee will win a free leg lamp — it’s a major award.

Tickets go on sale for the event Friday, Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. Get more information, here.
