GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Green Bay Packers play the Tennessee Titans Sunday at noon in Nashville. History says it will be a close game.

These teams have played 14 times with an overall point differential of 15 points.

The Packers haven’t won a road game against this franchise since they beat the Oilers in Houston in 1992.

This is the fourth straight year the Packers have started 1-1. In each of the previous three years, they won in Week 3.

Here are three things to watch in Sunday’s game:

Willis returns

Jordan Love has returned to practice, but backup quarterback Malik Willis will face the team that drafted and traded him.

The Titans selected Willis in the third round of the 2022 draft out of Liberty. Last month, Tennessee sent him to the Packers in exchange for a seventh round pick.

Packers kicker Brayden Narveson spent training camp with the Titans. Tennessee decided to keep veteran Nick Folk.

So far, Narveson has hit six out of eight field goals for the Packers and has connected on all of his extra point attempts.

Coaching threads

Packers Head Coach Matt LaFleur came to Green Bay after serving as the Titans’ offensive coordinator in 2018.

Tennessee Head Coach Brian Callahan is the son of former Badgers assistant Bill Callahan, who is now coaching the Titans’ offensive line.
