WISCONSIN — Two tornadoes were spotted on Thursday in south central Wisconsin. These are the state's first-ever February tornadoes on record. 

National Weather Service officials confirmed that the tornado east of Evansville received a rating of a high end EF-2. The other tornado in Albany, Wis., was rated as an EF-1.
