#5 - In week 11 of 1995, Brett Favre was suffering from a sprained ankle, but #4 didn't let that get in the way of his 5 touchdown passes. Green Bay would best the Bears 35-28 and Favre would go on to win his second NFL MVP award.

#4 - In week 1 of the 2018 season, new Bears acquisition Khalil Mack had Aaron Rodgers number and Bears fans were celebrating what appeared to be a rout... until the Packers rebounded from a 20-3 deficit in the 4th to win 24-23.
