Wisconsin families will begin receiving Child Tax Credit payments beginning July 15 as part of President Joe Biden’s coronavirus relief package. For some parents the stress of the pandemic has added up over time. Now, families are looking forward to some help.

Girl Scouts in Glendale have been busy gardening at Parkway Elementary School. The Brownies have spent the last few months restoring an old garden at the elementary school.

3. Now Hiring: Mercury Marine seeking people for 150 positions

In the past year the business has added about 500 positions. It’s currently seeking about 150 more people in jobs ranging from assembly to positions in the machining operation and foundry. Wages start around $20 an hour.
