COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department announced dates for the Cap City Festivals on Thursday.
These festivals have been held for over a decade with the mission of uniting community members. They include free food, a climbing wall, a zip line and also inflatables to bounce around in.
The festivals will be held in different Columbus neighborhoods from April to October, and will run from 4 to 8 p.m. Admission is free.
- Saturday, April 26: Adams Community Center, 854 Alton Ave.
- Friday, May 30: Driving Park Community Center and Driving Park Pool, 1100 Rhoads Ave.
- Friday, Aug. 8: Barack Community Center and Lincoln Pool, 580 E. Woodrow Ave.
- Saturday, Aug. 23: Nafzger Park, 2845 Noe-Bixby Rod.
- Friday, Sept. 19: Maloney Park, 1701 Joyce Ave.
- Friday, Oct. 24: Westgate Community Center, 455 S. Westgate Ave.
