Here's what guests have to look forward to this year:

There is a new attraction for 2024, called "Hooked," which is an outdoor scare zone in which ghosts who were on a sunken ship come back to claim the treasures that were once theirs, according to the Kings Island website. However, many other scare zones are coming back, including Abandoned, Alien X, Coney Maul, Pumpkin Eater and International Street Fear.

Additionally, the park will have six haunted mazes for visitors who dare to enter.

For those seeking some entertainment, the park also hosts live shows filled with music, entertainment and an immersive experience. The fan-favorite "Dr. Nightmare" and his ghouls will open each night with a show. A full schedule with shows can be found here.

Tickets are available now, and the park is offering different types of bundles this year. Tickets can be found here.

The park warns Halloween Haunt is not for those 13 and younger, and there is no reentry to the park if guests leave past 6 p.m.
