SANDUSKY, Ohio — Fall is around the corner, and Cedar Point is preparing to scare those looking for a fright.
The amusement park announced its dates for HalloWeekends, and this year, its extending it past Halloween.
HalloWeekends will run from Sept. 12 to Nov. 2, giving thrill seekers an extra weekend of fun. It'll be held on Thursdays through Sundays, however, on the actual holiday, it'll be closed.
The event features a mix of day-time friendly fun and nighttime fear, however, there are no new haunted attractions this year.

- Slaughter House
- The Haunting of Eerie Estate
- CornStalkers 2.0: Revenge of the Pumpkin Heads
- Cut Throat Cove
- Blood on the Bayou
- Clownz: Hall of Infamy Tour
- Tombstone Terror-Tory: Doc McCoffer's Evil Elixirs
Additionally, there will be hayrides, mazes trying to play some tricks on visitors who dare enter, sandboxes filled with bones waiting to be unearthed and much more for families to enjoy.
