CLEVELAND — This year, Frontier Airlines will be adding 12 additional destinations from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), according to a press release from the airline.
One of those destinations will be added in April, while the other 11 will begin in May.
This will bring the total destinations served by the airline out of CLE to 30, “increasing average peak summer daily departures by 38% versus a year ago,” according to the release.
“Our growth in Cleveland is soaring,” Frontier Airlines CEO Barry Biffle said, CEO of Frontier Airlines. “We’re thrilled to connect consumers in Northeast Ohio with low fares to even more destinations throughout the U.S. Our new crew base at CLE set to open in March will help support our rapidly growing operations.”
The airline announced it is offering a deal on some fares and seat upgrades for just $19 in celebration of this news. These tickets much be purchased before midnight on Feb. 16 and are only able to be used on flights on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday up to June 19. There are other location and time-specific exceptions to this deal.

- Savannah, May 16
- Salt Lake City, May 16

- Minneapolis-Saint Paul, May 17
- New York LaGuardia, April 10
