“We are able to create shows that fully represent who we are as an organization,” said Stacie Boord, Shadowbox CEO. “You are going to see genres that are innovated here that have never been done before because we are interested in exploring.”

Currently, Shadowbox is performing a revamped version of their original hit show “Which One’s Pink?” a tribute to Pink Floyd.

“We go through their anthology in the first act and in the second act, we actually play “Dark Side of the Moon” while also paying tribute to the “Wizard of Oz,” said Boord. “It’s a very known thing that you play the “Wizard of Oz” and “Dark Side of the Moon” together and see how it synchronizes.”

While the show stars a talented cast of dancers, singers, and musicians, the multimedia experience is what audience goers say sets it apart. With video projection, sound, and lighting effects creating a one-of-its-kind visual journey.

“You have so many different aspects of visual delight that you are being bombarded with as you watch the show,” said Zach Tarantelli. “From visual light design to this three-dimensional sound experience and then, of course, we have video projection on up to four different surfaces throughout the show.”

“Which One’s Pink?” runs on Thursday and Sunday at Shadowbox Live. With a team of 45 full-time performers, Shadowbox puts together a variety of original performances including tribute shows, musicals and rockumentaries.
