Reynoldsburg City Councilmember Meredith Lawson-Rowe is proud to serve her community. Her favorite part of her job is helping her constituents by answering questions about how to fix day-to-day issues.

Lawson-Rowe would say her biggest accomplishment is serving as chair of Reynoldsburg Juneteenth. The city first commemorated the holiday in 2020 with a small celebration on the steps of City Hall; since then, it has grown into a full-fledged festival featuring food and entertainment.

Her first paying job was as a summer camp counselor at her local church. Her hidden talent is that she's an avid runner who ran a marathon, as well as many half marathons, 10k and 5k races, just for fun.
