Ohio State Representative Adam Holmes (OH-97) ran for office to continue serving his community after his time in the U.S. Marine Corps.

The accomplishment Holmes is most proud of is the Surprise Medical Bill, ensuring that people receiving emergency care do not get "surprise" medical bills from out-of-network providers. He found it rewarding when officials from all facets of the state government united to pass the bill. 

Holmes describes his district as "kind, hard-working, and extremely patriotic."
