WORCESTER, Mass. - The Worcester Bravehearts' "Twenty-twenty-you" campaign continues Monday with the team announcing the five fan finalists in its "Create-a-Jersey" contest.

The Bravehearts accepted designs throughout the month of March and submissions for the jersey contest were due by April 1.

On July 31, the Bravehearts will wear the winning jersey designed by a fan against the Norwich Sea Unicorns at 4 p.m. All proceeds are being donated to a charity of the artist's choice.

Voting is open until April 20.
