CHICOPEE, Mass. - The Sutton High School girls soccer team is a state champion once again after taking a hard fought 3-2 victory over Palmer at Chicopee Comprehensive High School.

Anna Joseph posted a goal and two assists, Addison Jerome had a goal and an assist and Molly Jenkins scored the game winner late in the 2nd half to earn the Sutton Suzies the 2021 Division Five State Championship.

Palmer (20-2) got two goals from eighth grader Charlotte Theriault, but the Suzies (18-4) kept up the pressure throughout the game to win their first championship since taking the Division Three title in 2017.
