Known as the Capt. Benjamin Flagg House, the two-family home is located on a corner lot at 136 Plantation Street. According to state records, it was built in c. 1717 and was rehabbed in 1999.
The asking price for the home is $339,000.
The home features two units -- one on each floor -- with two bedrooms and one bathroom each. The building has a total of three working wood-burning fireplaces.
The home is being presented by real estate agent Joe Abramoff of Real Living Barbera Associates.
