LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Monday's mass shooting is leading to new ways to prevent gun violence. The Whitney/Strong Organization hosts an open conversation to "Stop the Bleed."

Whitney Austin is a survivor of the 2018 Fifth Third Bank shooting in Cincinnati. She was shot 12 times and now dedicates her life to finding common ground to prevent mass shootings.  

“I want everyone to leave here today with hope that change will come,” Austin said. “The way change will come is because they take action. We cannot do this alone, but we can do this together.”
