“The bar is full! It’s fine, it’s relaxed. It’s Easter and I think everyone’s in a good mood," Sam Crist, bartender and barback at Molly Malone's Irish Pub and Restaurant said.

Crist and others were serving up some food and drinks to those wandering in and private parties booked at their business Easter Sunday. Also serving up some food on Sunday was Blinkers Tavern, where employees said they had an Easter brunch and dinner. Manager Zac West said Easter can typically be a very busy holiday for them.

“It’s kind of like our holiday. That and Mothers' Day and Fathers' Day," he said.

West said they've staffed up where need be as people come in throughout the day and evening for some food.

“We usually have a core group of people and then call in or call off people depending honestly on the weather right now," he said.

Luckily, this Easter Sunday proved to be a beautiful spring day for people to get out and enjoy the weather and outdoor dining.
