LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Shania Twain fans have a reason to celebrate. The country music star and crossover pop singer is coming to Louisville. As part of her Queen of Me album tour, Twain will play at the KFC Yum! Center on Oct. 28, 2023.
The five-time Grammy Award winner is adding 19 new dates to her tour because of demand from fans and Louisville is one of those stops. According to the announcement from the KFC Yum! Center, The Queen of Me Tour is one of the biggest in Twain’s career. She’ll be performing 70 dates across North America and Europe next year. It is also the first tour she’s set out on after having a residency in Las Vegas.
Buying a ticket to the show will also allow fans to help children. Twain and show promoter Live Nation announced $1 from every ticket sold to the Twain’s show will benefit Shania Kids Can (SKC). Twain established SKC in 2010 to help “promote positive change in children’s lives in times of crises and economic hardship.” SKC provides academic support, meal programs and other services at the Shania Kids Can Clubhouse.
Tickets for the Louisville show and other cities on the tour are available at Ticketmaster starting Dec. 16.
