  • Rogers, a mother of five, went missing from Bardstown in July 2015

  • The search could possibly wrap up Thursday

An agent with the FBI told Spectrum News 1 they are searching a number of locations on more than 200 acres of property. They are searching the Houck family farm. Brooks Houck was Crystal Rogers’s boyfriend and is the only suspect in this case. Houck has not been charged in this investigation.

This is not the first time the farm has been searched. After the FBI took over the case in 2020, they searched the property for a number of days, and digging equipment was brought to the farm then.

An agent also told Spectrum News 1 there is a chance they could finish up their work sometime Thursday, however that is not certain. The FBI has not made a public statement on the situation since announcing the search Monday.
