LOUISVILLE, Ky. — While Thunder Over Louisville won't be the same this year, the event will still feature a soundtrack with something for people of all musical tastes.

Several Louisville natives made the list, including Jack Harlow, James Lindsey, Bryson Tiller and Jason Clayborn.

The theme for this year's show, "Illuminating Our Community," helped guide the music selection, organizers said.

“This is the most lyrically focused soundtrack we’ve ever put together,” said Thunder Producer Wayne Hettinger. “From the beginning, this year’s show has been about our community, trying to bring the event to fans in a whole new way and lifting everyone’s spirits.”

Here's what you can expect to hear this weekend:

Kentucky Derby Festival (KDF) organizers are asking residents to watch Thunder from their homes. Rather than the usual show over the Ohio River, KDF picked five locations throughout Louisville to host fireworks displays at. The shows will be shorter, each lasting 18 minutes instead of 30. The fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

This year will be Thunder's 32nd annual production.
