KENTUCKY — On this week’s program, we’re talking about what’s referred to as “second chance work” opportunities here in the Commonwealth.
Kentucky Community and Technical College System, also known as KCTCS, is giving people who have previously been incarcerated in county jails a new lease on life.
Our Austin Schick has details on KCTCS adult education program that is celebrating a recent milestone of providing more than 4,400 GEDs to incarcerated individuals over the last five years.
