You may need the umbrella if you are out and about early in the morning. That will be especially true in eastern Kentucky. Most of the day will be dry with clouds eventually breaking for some sun by the afternoon hours. You will need to grab the light jackets as temperatures will be around 20 degrees cooler than the past several days.
1. What Striking Down the ACA Would Mean in Kentucky
If the Supreme Court strikes down Obamacare, Kentucky will suffer, advocates say. In January 2014, Kentucky was in the first wave of states to expand Medicaid under the ACA, allowing those with an income under 138% of the federal poverty level to qualify for Medicaid. The policy cut the uninsured rate by more than half, according to the Kentucky Center for Economic Policy (KCEP).

The University of Louisville men's basketball schedule is officially out. “Although it’s been a long time coming, we sure look forward to a competitive schedule as usual,” said UofL Head Men’s Basketball Coach Chris Mack. “I give a lot of credit to (assistant coach) Dino Gaudio, who worked the phones like an operator putting together our-nonconference schedule. The ACC schedule is always a challenge no matter how they put the games together. We’re looking forward to November 25th!”
