Wisconsin Metal Fest

Disney's "The Lion King," which runs in Appleton through Jan. 26, opened this week. The classic musical has been beloved for nearly three decades, featuring stunning masks and costumes, moving music and, of course, a touch of Disney magic. 

Around the Badger State

American Cornhole Organization Beloit Major
Friday, Jan. 10 starting at 8 a.m. and ending on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 11 p.m.
Eclipse Event Center, 3 Eclipse Center, Beloit

This marks the 20th season of American Cornhole Organization (ACO) and the tournament has been held in Beloit for the past four years. Spectators can watch the tournament at no cost, and food and beverages will be available. Tournament play will start early on both days and last into the evening.
