LOS ANGELES (CNS) — A pair of Netflix series dominated nominations Monday for the 26th annual Critics Choice Awards, with Ozark and The Crown both earning a leading six nods and each landing in contention for best drama series.

Also nominated for the top drama prize were AMC's Better Call Saul, CBS All Access' The Good Fight, Disney+'s The Mandalorian, NBC's This Is Us, and HBO's Lovecraft Country and Perry Mason.

Lovecraft Country earned five overall nominations, as did FX's Mrs. America and What We Do in the Shadows and PopTV's Schitt's Creek, which swept every comedy honor at September's Emmy Awards.

Schitt's Creek and What We Do in the Shadows were both nominated for best comedy series, along with FX's Better Things, HBO Max's The Flight Attendant, CBS' Mom, Apple TV+'s Ted Lasso, and Hulu's PEN15 and Ramy.

HBO landed three nominees in the best limited series category — I May Destroy You, The Plot Against America, and The Undoing. Netflix's ratings hit The Queen's Gambit also landed in the category, as did the streaming service's Unorthodox. Also nominated were FX's Mrs. America, Hulu's Normal People, and Amazon's Small Axe.

The Critics Choice Awards will be presented in a still-undetermined format on March 7, with the event hosted by Taye Diggs — his third time hosting the ceremony. Critics Choice film nominations will be announced February 8.
