A few morning showers are possible Sunday morning in southeastern Wisconsin while areas farther north will wake up to a mix of sunshine and clouds. High temperatures around the state will range from the upper 60s to mid 70s depending on how much sunshine is able to peek through the clouds. An isolated sprinkle or two will be possible overnight into early Monday, but Labor Day is generally looking dry and warm with temperatures in the middle 70s.
Our next storm system will arrive overnight Monday into Tuesday, bringing showers and storms to Wisconsin. High temperatures will jump into the 80s for much of Wisconsin on Tuesday, but rain and thunder will be possible as a cold front treks across the state. A few stronger storms may develop, depending on the exact timing of the front.
Behind the cold front, cooler and drier weather will settle in for the end of the week with plenty of sunshine and highs in the 60s and low 70s.
