The Badgers received a No. 3 seed in the East Region and will play the No. 14 seeded Montana Grizzlies in the first round in Denver, Colorado. The Golden Eagles received a No. 7 seed in the South Region and will play the No. 10 seeded New Mexico Lobos in first round in Cleveland, Ohio.
Wisconsin will play against Montana at 12:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, March 20. Marquette will play New Mexico at 6:25 p.m. CT on Friday, March 21.
