MILWAUKEE — The Killers are coming back to Milwaukee.

Summerfest announced the Vegas-based rockers will play the Big Gig during the second weekend of the festival on Friday, June 27, 2025 at American Family Insurance Amphitheater.

Summerfest runs this year from June 19-21, June 26-28 and July 3-5.

The Killers were last at Summerfest in 2019, with special guest Death Cab for Cutie. They also headlined the grand opening of Fiserv Forum downtown in 2018. It was the first-ever show at the venue that also featured special guests and Milwaukee natives Violent Femmes.

The band formed in 2002 and features singer/keyboardist Brandon Flowers, drummer Ronnie Vannucci, guitarist Dave Keuning and bassist Mark Stoermer. They're known for singles off their debut album like “Mr. Brightside,” Somebody Told Me” and “All These Things That I’ve Done.”

They’ve been holding a Las Vegas Residency to perform that first iconic album, “Hot Fuss,” in full. It commemorated the album’s 20th anniversary.

Tickets for The Killers’ Summerfest concert go on sale on Friday, Jan. 31 at 10 a.m. on the band’s website, the Summerfest website and on Ticketmaster. Fans can also grab tickets in person at the box office. Tickets include admission to Summerfest on the day of the show.
