The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra celebrates the holiday season with classic Christmas music, festive carols and even sing-alongs. If you miss them this weekend, you can catch the concert next weekend as well.

There's still time to catch this Milwaukee holiday staple. The Milwaukee Rep is putting on its annual rendition of "A Christmas Carol." The show, which runs for just over two hours, follows Ebenezer Scrooge as he journeys to Christmases past, present and future.

The Nutcracker

Overture Center for the Arts, 201 State Street, Madison

Head to the Overture Center for the Arts to take in the magic of "The Nutcracker" during Madison Ballet's opening weekend. Follow along as Clara's beloved nutcracker doll transforms into a prince right before her eyes and the two travel to the Land of the Snowflakes and the Land of the Sugar Plum Fairy. 

Trey Kennedy: The Win-Win Comedy Tour
Saturday Dec. 14 at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. 
Comedy on State, 202 State Street, Madison

Internet sensation and comedian Trey Kennedy is working on some new jokes and he's testing them out in Madison. His early Saturday show is already sold out but fans can still snag tickets to the 9 p.m. show.

Native Holiday Art Market 
Sunday, Dec. 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
NWTC’s Corporate Conference Center, 2740 W. Mason Street, Green Bay

This free event is open to the public and hosted by the Oneida Nation Arts Program. Holiday shoppers can browse Native clothing, fine art, jewelry and more. 

Boogie and the Yo-Yoz: Christmas With You
Saturday, Dec. 14 at 7:30 p.m. 
Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, 400 W. College Avenue, Appleton

It's the 11th year of "Christmas With You" for Boogie and the Yo-Yoz. Listen in to classic holiday carols and new original Christmas songs. This family-friendly show features an array of instruments, musical talents and performers.

Cherish the Ladies: A Celtic Christmas

Edgerton Performing Arts Center, 200 Elm High Drive, Edgerton

This all-female Irish music ensemble has "forged a path for women in the male-dominated Irish music scene, leaving a lasting legacy with 18 critically acclaimed albums and thousands of performances worldwide." The Grammy-nominated group is bringing its Christmas concert to Wisconsin, performing hits such as "O Come All Ye Faithful” and “Silent Night,” with a signature Celtic twist.
