KENOSHA, Wis. — Second gentleman Douglas Emhoff will campaign in Wisconsin this week, with a focus on early voting.
Emhoff, Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris’ husband, will visit the Badger State on Oct. 24.
Emhoff will first deliver remarks Milwaukee and meet with supporters at a Get Out the Early Vote block party event. Afterwards, he'll do the same in Kenosha. Emhoff will be encouraging Wisconsinites to vote early.
Maryland Gov. Wes Moore and Harris’ brother-in-law Tony West will accompany Emhoff in Kenosha, according to the campaign. West is also the former associate attorney general of the United States.
This will be Emhoff’s third visit to Wisconsin this year. His previous visit was to Milwaukee, where he also campaigned in support of his wife, earlier this month.
No further details about the visit have been provided by the campaign.
