MADISON, Wis. — First lady Jill Biden will travel to Wisconsin on Monday to campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, according to the Harris campaign.

The first lady will be in Madison on Monday, Oct 14. It’s part of a string of battleground state visits by Jill Biden. She’ll also visit Arizona, Nevada, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

No other specific details for the visit were announced.

The first lady was last in Wisconsin in June, when she visited Green Bay to kick off the Seniors for Biden-Harris coalition, which aimed to mobilize senior voters. This will be her first visit to the Badger State since her husband President Joe Biden dropped out of the race for president.

President Biden visited Wisconsin last Tuesday to give an update on replacing lead pipes.
