MILWAUKEE — Democratic vice presidential nominee Gov. Tim Walz and his wife, Gwen Walz, will campaign in Milwaukee this Labor Day, Sept. 2.

He is scheduled to deliver remarks at the Milwaukee Area Labor Council’s Laborfest 2024 at 2 p.m.

The visit is part of a wider Harris-Walz campaign blitz touring many battleground states that Monday. Each stop will highlight American workers, unions, building a strong middle class and building the U.S. economy.

He'll be joined by other local leaders, including Gov. Tony Evers, Rep. Gwen Moore, Sen. Tammy Baldwin and more.

This will mark Walz's first trip to the Badger State without running mate Vice President Kamala Harris.
