The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office said it believes the identity of one occupant was 37-year-old Sean M. Tommervik, who was from El Paso, Texas but recently moved to Philadelphia. The other occupant is believed to be 32-year-old James G. Sullivan, who was originally from Nashville but had recently moved to Brooklyn, New York.
