WISCONSIN — President Joe Biden on Sunday announced he is dropping out of the presidential race. 

It comes on the heels of a COVID diagnosis and calls from party leaders to step aside.

Amid withdrawing, Biden also endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to be the Democratic nominee.
