WISCONSIN — The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is offering two new license plates.

  • The DMV is offering plates highlighting suicide prevention and the spaying and neutering of cats and dogs

  • The proceeds for these two new plates will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and The Fix is In, Inc., respectively

  • The fees for these plates include a $25 contribution to the organization, a one-time $15 insurance fee with an additional $15 fee each year and the regular vehicle registration fee

The DMV is offering plates highlighting suicide prevention and the spaying and neutering of cats and dogs.

The proceeds for these two new plates will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and The Fix is In, Inc., respectively. 

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is a nonprofit organization that works to prevent the loss of life from suicide with prevention programs and rasing funds for suicide research, along with helping those who have family or friends who have died by suicide.

The Fix is In, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that offers financial and educational support for the spaying and neutering of cats and dogs in Wisconsin.

The new plates will join the DMV’s list of 53 special license plates.

The fees for these plates include a $25 contribution to the organization, a one-time $15 insurance fee with an additional $15 fee each year and the regular vehicle registration fee.
