WISCONSIN — The National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed that there were two tornadoes in Wisconsin on Tuesday.
There was an EF-0 tornado in southern Walworth County, traveling from east of Sharon to west of Walworth. The EF-0 tornado brought winds at estimated speeds of 80 mph. According to NWS, no one was injured or killed.
The EF-0 tornado traveled for 14.28 miles from 2:05 p.m. to 2:25 p.m.
The EF-0 tornado developed in northern Illinois and traveled into Wisconsin. Major damage included a collapsed barn in Illinois near Weidner Road. When it collapsed, it landed on sheep that were sheltering in the barn. A shed was "lofted and destroyed" along Six Corners Road near Highway 67 in Wisconsin.
There was an EF-1 tornado in Walworth County, just south of Darien. The EF-1 tornado brought winds at estimated speeds of 90 mph. According to NWS, no one was injured or killed.
The EF-1 tornado traveled for 0.98 miles from 2:18 p.m. to 2:21 p.m.
The EF-1 tornado hit a horse barn on Wise Road in Wisconsin. Farmers were taking care of horses in the barn at that time but said they were not injured.
