Snow is falling at roughly one inch an hour in Walworth County, according to Deputy Highway Commissioner Barry Pierce.

Pierce said the county has all of its plows out clearing roads, but acknowledged the pace of the snowfall makes it very hard to keep up.

Although he said, so far, there haven't been reports from law enforcement of any crashes or major slide-offs.

Pierce said the snow is expected to continue well into the day on Saturday, and added all of the county's roads are usually not fully clear until 6 to 8 hours after snowfall wraps up.
