WISCONSIN — Another winter storm ripped through Wisconsin Saturday, bringing heavy snow and strong wind gusts.

Snowfall rates increased throughout the day on Friday, with the worst window being Friday afternoon and evening. Snow gradually tapered off by midday on Saturday and was followed by brutally cold air.
