Fans said this win is a welcome end to the regular season.

“For them to make the playoffs this year is awesome and frankly unexpected, but now we’re just playing with house money at this point,” fan Travis Schumann said.

This win was special for long-time Packers fan Nancy Beaulieu. To her, the Packers aren’t just a team, they’re part of her life.

“You get to meet them, especially like at rookie camp that as a person, not just a player, and you just learned to fall in love with them,” Beaulieu said.

Beaulieu has baked cookies for Packers players since 2005. She said the players are like her extended family.

“My son graduated from college, so then I just thought, I’ll just give the players a little part of home because they’re homesick. I mean, they’re like college kids really,” Beaulieu said.

This cookie lady is now a Packers 2023 FAN Hall of Fame Finalist.

“I was shocked. I mean, never in a million years. I think that I’m so honored though,” Beaulieu said.

Beaulieu said while it’s great to be recognized as an official Packers super-fan, this win over the Bears and a spot in the playoffs feels just as nice.
