MILWAUKEE — President Joe Biden is expected to be in Milwaukee on Wednesday.
White House officials said Biden's visit will focus on Bidenomics and his Investing in America agenda. He will speak at The Wisconsin Black Chamber Commerce.
He'll discuss how both of those efforts have lead to a "small business boom" and have lowered costs for families. It will also tout "building an economy from the middle out and bottom up."
Under the Biden administration, Americans filed 14.6 million new business applications. More than 170,000 of those were filed in the state of Wisconsin.
White House officials did not release any further information.
Biden was last in the state for a visit to Milwaukee in August. In February, he visited a Madison-area union training center.
Wisconsin is among the handful of critical states where Biden needs to persuade voters that his policies are having a positive impact on their lives by generating roughly $500 billion in corporate investments in factories and other facilities.
Biden has been to Wisconsin six times since he took office in 2021.
