WISCONSIN — Officials have canceled an AMBER Alert for 9-year-old Stefan Yenghoua Xiong and 7-year-old Alexander Muajkoob Xiong after they were found safe with their father, Yiemen Xiong, in Iowa.

When the alert was originially issued, officials had believed the two boys to be with their father. 

Yiemen Xiong left Plover, Wis. on Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 8:30 a.m. in a 2010 gold Toyota Sienna minivan. The vehicle had last been seen in Clinton, Iowa at 4:15 p.m. The father has ties to Marathon County and Columbia County.

When the boys were missing, authorities described Alexander Xiong as having black hair, brown eyes and weighing about 85 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, gray T-shirt, dark blue jeans and yellow tennis shoes.

The other previously missing boy, Stefan Xiong, was described as having black hair and brown eyes and weighing about 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark gray hoodie with a picture on the front, gray sweatpants and black tennis shoes. He was also described as “autistic and non-verbal.”
