He was sentenced to four years in prison for the fight, which took place in 2020 in Milwaukee.
As part of the deal, another reckless endangerment count and a count of possession of a firearm by a felon were dropped.

Brooks will serve his sentence concurrently with his sentences related to the Waukesha Christmas parade: Six life sentences and 762 years in prison for driving through the Christmas parade in 2021, killing six people and injuring dozens of others.
