GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay has come a long way. The latest confirmation is the NFL announcing on Monday that the 2025 NFL Draft will be held in and around Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay.
The Packers have had this vision for several years. Titletown. Including Lodge Kohler. The new Events Center. Green Bay is not what it was. It has added vibrant attractions.
Getting a Super Bowl was always going to be out of reach because of the lovely February weather and the high number of hotel rooms needed. That’s why the Packers set their sights on the Draft.
The April weather could be challenging, but I’m not a meteorologist. I’m not going to venture a guess as to what the weather will be like in Green Bay in nearly two years.
For now, let’s just enjoy the victory. A lot of people worked very hard to get to this day.
One of the marquee NFL events is coming to Green Bay. Well done.
