MILWAUKEE — Summerfest is offering up to 10,000 free admission tickets to people who download the Summerfest app.

Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. on Thursday announced that the Official Summerfest 2021 App is live and available for download on the Apple or Google Play stores.

The first 10,000 fans who download the app can receive free admission to Summerfest when they claim their ticket. Once downloaded, tap on the “tickets” button in the left menu to claim the digital admission ticket to Summerfest for Sept. 3. Admission is valid from noon to 4 p.m. that day. 

The app also includes:

  • Full lineup and schedule with artist information and bios

  • Information on fan’s favorite artists and reminders when they go on stage

  • Interactive festival maps including the location of the various beers offered at the festival

  • The option to filter vendor menus with vegetarian or gluten-free options
