MILWAUKEE — The NBA Monday said that the clip of Jrue Holiday's steal and Giannis Antetokounmpo's dunk in Game 5 had been viewed more than 50 million times on social media since Saturday, making it the most viewed clip of the NBA Finals so far.

But that official version failed to equate the basketball to a cheese curd and the hoop to a cup of ranch dressing.

"It's been a fantastic run, honest to Pete," Charlie Berens told Spectrum News 1 on Monday, "especially in that last game, you saw the Suns forgetting the number one thing when playing the Bucks— you always watch out for deer when you're driving."

Berens took time to highlight Jrue Holiday's steal from Devin Booker late in Game 5 that lead to the Giannis Antetokounmpo alley-oop to essentially shut the door on Game 5 and give the Bucks a 3-2 lead heading into Tuesday's Game 6 in Milwaukee.

"So, Booker drives the lane, forgets to watch out for deer, screws the pooch," Berens added. "Holiday steals that ball like it's the second-to-last cheese curd at the potlock, tosses it to Giannis who dunks it in ranch, and the game's pretty much over from there."

Berens also discussed his new book Monday, titled "The Midwest Survival Guide: How We Talk, Love, Work, Drink, and Eat . . . Everything with Ranch," along with his upcoming comedy tour across Wisconsin.

We'll feature our entire interview with him Friday evening on Spectrum News 1.
