MILWAUKEE, Wis. (SPECTRUM NEWS) - As mandated by the state's COVID-19 relief legislation, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation on Wednesday offered up its report on the state of Wisconsin's economy in the midst of the pandemic.

The 150-page report, “Wisconsin Tomorrow – An Economy for All," "assesses the complex ongoing economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Wisconsin and identifies priorities for the state’s recovery efforts," per a statement from the WEDC.

"In order to actually have a successful economic plan and move towards recovery, we need to be doing everything that we can assure that we stop the spread of the virus," WEDC Secretary and CEO Missy Hughes told Spectrum News 1 on Wednesday, "[and] we're doing social distancing, handwashing, wearing masks-- that's what's going to really help our economic recovery move forward."
