Crystal Potts is the senior director of State Relations and Statewide Outreach for the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

As a Badger alum, she said she’s passionate about her job. 

Potts likened her role to serving as the doorway between UW-Madison, and state and local lawmakers around Wisconsin. 

She previously worked at the State Capitol. 

Potts’ parents are immigrants from Taiwan. She said the values they instilled in her growing up stick with her each day on the job.
